South African Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to return any purchase within 10 business days of receiving your order if the item is defective, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, Caperina will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at caperinacustomerservice@gmail.com.
